I'm arachnophobic.
Why?. I don't know. I don't remember had a traumatic experience or something like that, but the thing is that everytime that I see a spider (or something with more than 6 legs) my body start to itch, I freeze and sometimes I start to cry.
Honestly, I'm not interested in overcome this fear, but I thought that this could help to be more brave. Well, it didn't. As I was editing the pictures, my arms were itching all the time.
I took the first picture at my house. But fear not, this spiders are good, they kill the bad spiders, so that's why my aunt likes to have one or two going around the house. Great. Just great.

Before Christmas, I spend 5 days in Santiago de Chile, mostly because december focused a lot of expositions and ballet releases. So I visited Matta's, Picassos's, Warhol's and Kertesz's expositions (amazing, I'm full of inspiration) and I saw Madame Butterfly's Ballet and a presentation of modern Dance with music of "Los Angeles Negros".
So yeah, I had a lot of fun, specially because I spend a lot of time alone there, so I felt very independent.

NYFW Fall 2011

I'm back for some reviews. As always, I picked my favourites and I edit them in an nice way. A friend told me that I should pick the ones that I didn't like and destroy them, as I do when I talk with her, but I don't like to do that, I hate critics, and I'm not going to became one, I just give my opinion in a constructive way. Now! If you want me to the destroy a colection or a designer, lets go for a coffe and talk :)

Let's start!

Altuzarra is for me, sexy clothes. He use the basic on sexyness. THis time, framed by huge parkas and tailored coats were this silky asimetric dresses, sexy, it dosen't matter how you look at it. And also, winter sexy! Cause when I saw the Altuzarra collection, I saw winter. And I like that.
But being honest, If I have to save something from the collection I'll save the coats and parkas, because the dresses were pretty much what we are used to.

This is new for me. I've never liked The Row, cause the Olsen twins put a lot of their style in the collections, and I don't like their style, BUT! this season is not like that. Althought you can see spots of their own style, now is much more polished than before. With an asian-mongolian vibe, the collection had gorgeous bright colors that really caught my eye, as insanely elegant coats and dresses too. It was very classy, VERY. But still, in some outfits it looked a lot like Chanel, Dior or Celine. -1 point.

As I tweeted, I had a fashion orgasm with the Jason Wu collection. I liked every single outfit. That never happened with me, never. But with Jason it Happened. It was perfect from head to toe. It was the kind of clothes that I liked, the shoes that I like, the colors that I like, etc, etc ,etc. I don't have a "bad point" of the collection. JAson knows what he's doing, and with such a short age, he already found his path.

Not a big news, Mister Wang did an amazing collection. Sometimes I ask myself "HOW?! How he does to create so many amazing, new and cool things, in such a short age?!. The only word that came to my mind is genious. And Oh Holy god of fashion, it was such a genious collection!!! With a play of fabrics so unique, sometimes rough and sometimes elegant. With unexpected (not very realistic) shoes, young accesories. Warm, sexy and the word that describes Wang also, edgy.

Last for today. Mrs Beckham, the future wardrobe fairy of the future princess of england. I liked Victoria's collection because is simple. Minimalistic sometimes, with no unnecesary things, as sparkle, skin and fanciness. Just beautifull clothes, for beautifull woman. Must say that this time was a little bit more fun. It had bright colors, mixed with bright colors. A different shape, more loosed, not too structured and also younger.

More coming soon, well, it depends if I like another collection from the NYFW, Proenza for example.

I'm posting this editorial , wich is kind of old already, cause it made me feel something different. When I see a editorial I often think that it's sexy, or OMG Freja is so hot, or what a great styling, or that's uncomfortable, or I shouldn't be watching this. But this editorial made me think, That's sweet, natural, and oh so lovely.
And I couldn't not think on my dear mom.

I have to study A LOT, and with A LOT I mean A LOT. And as I got really bad marks in my last tests (thank you fashion month) Now I have to improve my marks, so no blog world for me.
So last post till next friday.

The other day my dear friend Miuccia ( Prada, you know, my bff and all that) send me an email with the lookbook of the F/W collection. And I loved it. I like it because it look like the things that I do with some of my pictures (soon here). And it look so fun!
Prada is the winner of the most friking awesome lookbook, as every year.

PS: Thanks for the comments. I went to the concert and I don't have words enough to describe it. I had the most important men in my life there, in front of me. He and his band were so happy, the couldn't believe what was happening, us either. I still can't believe it actually. As I'm writing this I have goosebumps and my heart beat rises the sky. Best experience of my life so far.

When I was 14 years old, I had this period of " I'm sick of music, nothing excites me anymore". Nothing. So, I fell in the lowest level, I started to listen horrible bands like Good Charlote, Fall out boy and Simple plan, just because one of my friends loved them, so she caught me her music taste. When I was reaching my lowest level ( listen to ashlee simpson and Hilary Duff) a light appear, bright like the sun!
Japanese music.
Finally something that was new, fresh, totally mad and in a weird and cool lenguage. Not just the music arrived, also new friends and a whole new culture, but that's another story.
With japanese music, the most important band of my life arrived. L'arc-en-ciel. And with that band, the most important man of my life. HYDE.
This man made me recover the hope in music, and helped me to get over the "I'm sick of music" period.

Since that time, I have this dream of see him in a concert. There, in front of me, doing what he does, leave his soul on the stage.
This year my dream came true. After the earthquake, I got the good news taht Hyde and his new project "VAMPS" would be playing in Chile. You can not imagine how happy I was, and how happy I'm right now, because tomorrow, saturday 6th. I'm flying to Santiago to see my dear HYDE in concert.
HELL YEAH!!!!

Tomorrow I'm going to be like this.
I'm beyond excited.
Tomorrow I'm going to see the smallest singer in the world with the strongest voice of the world (maybe I'm exagerating, but the guy is 1,56 m, and his voice is amazing)

Probably this shoot could be longer, but I feel that with two pictures you get the idea. And also, I rAn out of battery, so I couldn't keep shooting (photography 101, always have charge).

I love lay down in the grass, put music (Pink Floyd please) and just stare at the sky and probably fall asleep in some point. Who need drugs when I have this to get away from the reality. This is how the idea of the shoot borned. Sleep in the grass, sleep on a field. I built it up, and this hapened.

I wasn't very sure about keep taking "editorial" shoots with me in the front. As I want (and sometimes I dare to say that I'm ) a photographer, I've always said that I should be behind of the camera (exception are the outfit shoot, for obvious reasons). So I asked to my photography teacher (ex teacher, but still friend), Should I keep doing this? (As a guide, not that I was going to do whatever he say ^^) , "yes" he said, and he put a book on my hands. A book full of selfportraits of famous photographers, and he told me that it's important for us to do that. we practice with lights, colors, we learn what we are looking for, etc. So I'm going to keep doing "editorial" pictures of myself. So what, who cares? (SNL ATTACK).
And lets face it, I like it. I like feel like the model some times and not just the director.

So, here's one of my latest work. As always, I was in charge of make up, hairstyle and clothes.

Bicentenario

Almost one month of just fashion, my blog need a little break from it.

At September 18th my country held the bicentennial. And every region of Chile, every little town did a huge celebration. Santa Juana, where my family borned and my grandparent live, wasn't the exception. So, for the September 18th parade, of course I went, and I took some pictures, trying to make them look like Tommy's work. Difficult, I must say.
Anyway, here they're, enjoy it :)

Little kids were super excited about it, specially with the dress part. They looked lovely.

Ponchos. They're all handmade, super fancy and unique. Also expensive. I love look at the details and prints of them.

Horses. Very important part of our tradition. For all the family.

I'm telling you, everyone ride a horse here. And of course a little kid rides little horse :)

Chanel has its own review. I keep it to the final, because honestly, after the chanel show, and after 87 outfit, I forgot this past weeks, I forgot NY, London and Milan, now Chanel is the only thing in my mind, and how badly I want that jewellery.

When models walk at the sound of Bjork’s gorgeous song “Isobel”, playing by a orchesta right there, you know that something magical is happening in the runway, you know that after saw the design of the runway, you know that after see how model walk in the runway like if they were walking in a park (a fancy park for sure), you know that after realize that is a Chanel show and Karl is behind all that. Is magic.
The shiver that I felt in my spine and that feeling in my heart (similar to anguish, but better, the same squeezing, but a good squeezing(Can you understand that? is not very easy to explain)) after see every outfit is why I love Chanel almost in a irracional way. Why I love and enjoy Chanel every season even if I’m miles and miles away from there.

Clothes! let's talk about that. When the first outfits, in B/W appeared, I was a little bit affraid, I wanted color. But when a movie like "Last year at Marienbad" (I hate that movie, but it has such a beautifull photography that it becames a good movie) it's quite obvious that the color palette include black, white and grey.
Despite of that color trio , the colection had lots of bright and pastels colors. Pastels color used in tweed suits, dress and jackets. Bright colors used in prints where hide in some places you can see the glorious "CC".
Giving a easy...explanation, Chanel created a woman, every outfit was a different kind of woman. So if you like leather, you have it, if you like elegant clothes, you have it, If you like to wear RTW clothes that looked like Haute Couture, you have it.
There weren't bad outfits, I really feel like nothing failed. Every single outfit worked, because there was so much divercity but still there was a line that conected everything.

Althought I love Chanel, I always try to be objective, and If I don't like something I say it. About clothes, I have nothing bad to say. About jewelry, OMFG. This four capital letters explain it. From young colorfull bracelets made on recin to high jewelry with gorgeous stones and complex designs. I love it, I want it and it's driving me crazy. Bags, perfect too. As always the 2.55 in different textures, colors, NOW THAT's A TIMELESS PIECE!. Also this really cool clutch that looks like a book, or a bag with the "paper bag" science. And the accesories, like the umbrella that looks like a hat (you loved it, don't lie to me, you just loved it) Or the gloves made on metal net. Nothing bad to say about accesories neither, always very rich and exquiste. But the shoes, here's when my complain appears. I'm a wedges enthusiastic, I love wedges. But not the "flat" ones. That's why some of the shoes looked kind of rough to me, but others killed me. And hey! That's the only thing that I didn't like, because I would wear Baptiste's outfit too (that guy looked hot, and Brad too, and the little boy, so sweet, and Ines, gorgeous). See, the collection show all ages too. Nice ^^

Watching this, through blogs, Style.com and Chanel.com, it makes me think the same thing that I think every single Chanel runway show, another fashion moment that I missed. Fuck up my life. Thank you so much destiny, for made me born in the wrong place. Anyway, this is going to change :)

Wunderkind! Good name, really good name.
The collection remind me a circus family, a mixture between a sweet lolita and Poppi Longstockings. Big dresses with cherry prints were my favourites, they look funny, with a childish feeling. And mixed with those striped tights in different colors and those ankle boots, created this young not serious at all outfit that I wanna have. I liked how bold the prints were, Prada gave us bananas, Stella Gave us Lemons, and Wunderkind gave us this huge red cherrys. Yu-mmy. And not just cherries, also squares, flowers, stripes, and really colorfull prints. There were really nice prints used in really nice dresses. Totally awesome for me :)

Best YSL by Pillati collection ever! Best collection ever!
This is YSL. This is the elegance, the sensuality and the perfection that the only yves was able to do and mixed propertly. This are the YSL colors, cuts and shapes. Sometiems minimalistic, sometimes really big, but always in balance. Basic pieces and trendy items. Everything just felt right. Right for the summer, right for this times, right for the woman. And clothes that can work in every woman, all ages, shape and personality. This is the YSL that I grow up with.

If you had any doubt that a man shirt is a basic in our wardrobes, after V&R collection you know that is true. Maybe create a collection based on a shirt is not very new, maybe is a college basic. But no one can make it like this guys. IT WAS NUTS! And a good nuts. That kind of nuts that makes you realize why fashion is the thing that you love, and why some things are classics, because you can play with it all the time and never get tired. Basically, with a shirt you can create another shirt, a pair of pant and a wedding dress. From silk to estructured, the collection was totally wearable (except for those sort of fan sleeves, you can hit some faces if you walk on the street with that). In some points the outfit looked sexy, in other points looked rude, in others elegant. Summary, a Shirt is like Felix's magic bag.

More Paris. Yeah.

Vivianne used as always great tailoring in funny and unexpected ways. Sometimes people get afraid of Vivienne collections, thinking that is imposible to wear her clothes, but this time is not like that. Probably some of the items were...weird, but totally wearable. In a bold way of course. It brought iconic prints from the brand, and as always a message of save the earth, this time "the only one", althought it has two interpretations. Very summerly collection. did you like the heart shape tops?, I love them.

LANVIN! The fact that Alber is going to appear at the end of the show it makes me love the collection. Have you realized how lovely that guy is? Well, of course I liked the collection because it was a good collection not just because of Alber.
Contrast. Lanvin was all about contrast, between glam and simple (maybe almost boring sometimes). Dresses that flow in the runway in an hipnotic way, and short simple dresses that you can wear to work. Insane high heels and the perfect flat sandal for the city. Bright colors and black. Young shapes and mature serious suits. From the street to the red carpet, Lanvin was flawless. My only but, as I said, is that there's a thin line between simple and boring, and some of the outfits crossed the line. But is a thin line, anyone can cross it. (this is me, defending Alber, to death ^^ )

Probably this is the first time in my life that I liked a Nina Ricci collection. Change is coming. Nina now is that cute, sweet girl, always looking lovely. Sue me, but I love lovely outfits, weird thing since I don't dress lovely too often. Anyway, Peter Copping brought the light back to Paris FW, with subtle shades of fluor yellow and pink (mix together, yummy) blue, also neutrals, black and the summer it, white.Ruffles everywear, lace, leather, and those lovely shoes that look super comfortable! I say yey for Nina Ricci and our first time.

Spring at Sonia Rykiel is real spring. It's full of color, shorts, sandals, light knit, dresses, skirts, blouses and Paris. I felt enchanted by the collection. I specialy enjoyed the color palette. That light pink won me. And that light pink used in that suit killed me (the one in the biggest frame). I'll like to see Sonia more often in fashion editorial, specially the shoes.
Oh, and I think is quite obvious to say that the runway show is beyond sweet, models blowing kisses is sweet as sugar.

Paris fashion week. This's exiting. Now I know it, Paris is my favourite.
Here my first two favourites and the good and bad things.

When I clicked on Balmain at Style.com I was afraid. I was afraid of see the same jacket in another fabric, I was afraid of a predictable colection. It wasn't THAT predictable, but sometimes was a little bit obvious and it felt like a deja vu. I'm not saying that I hate it, no!, but I'm saying the good and bad things :). A bad thing were the shoes, I mean, I can find the same pair of shoes at Zara for $20, bet that this ones are going to cost $800. Another bad thing, it reminds me a lot the last collection of Isabel Marant, check it and tell me. It was similar but nastier. I like nasty! and here's where I start with the good things. It was hot as hell. Young and bold. with cool colors, very punk. Good, not to over the top, prints. always good. and a great (and punk classic) mix of colors. And the jackets, those jackets are going to be THE IT jacket.
Footnote: Bet that those easy to do T-shirts full of pins and holes are going to coast $1000. I hate that of Balmain, it's too overpriced.

You know what? I consider you guys my friends, so I'm going to talk like I talk to my friends.
Dries Van Noten was Fucking awesome!!! Yep, fucking awesome, and I can't get tired of say it.
I can't find anything bad of it, really. The sequins pants and shirt, brilliant. The prints, femenine and elegant. The oversized jackets that belong to my grandparent, very sexy. A masculine look and a femenine look in the same runway. Gorgeous work with colors in jackets and coats. Lovely color palette in shoes, specially with that chunky heels( same heels from the past season). I always like Dries, but I never felt like " I would wear every single damn outfit", this time, I felt it, and it's driving me crazy!!! I love the Dries Van Noten woman!

Comments? Don't hate me because I attacked Balmain please :) I'm a good girl ^^

Milaaaaaaaaaan. Yey!
So many colors, let's start with some of te reviews.

At Prada my favourite were the shoes, I'm going to be honest, there were cool clothes, but after a minute, I forgot the clothes and I started to pay attention just to the shoes (I'm talking like this because I saw the show live at Prada.com) Then I checked the collection again in Style.com and I realized that it had some great clothes. Like the dresses for example, in contrast from all this fluid dresses that we saw before in other shows, Prada showed sport stiff dresses, with straight shapes but still colorfull and with cool prints, like stripes mixed with barroque prints or just bright colors. Some really good suits, etc,etc, it's Prada we know that, but let's talk about the shoes, please let's talk about the shoes. WEDGES!!! Insanely colorfull, young and fun wedges. In different colors, materials and designs. And not just wedges, also this sort of knit raffia shoes, so latin american. Oh! and that shoes, with some of the handbags showed in the runway...perfection, you have your summer outfit ready.

Saw the Alberta Ferreti show was like lalala la la~darara (here you have to imagine me jumping and dancing in the midle of a field, a flower field) It was dreamy. Bet that fairy dress like this, bet that fairys are going to buy all this clothes. Models were flowing, sorrounded by exquisites fabrics, gorgeous colors, beautifull details and lovely lace. Aww, I loved the collection. Probably after the show all the models went to the closest forest, because we all know that they're fairys, other way, how you can explain their sweetness and beauty?

When you go to work, you dress with Max Mara, when you go to a party, you dress with Valentino, But who dress you when you wanna spend a saturday (not a sunday, I like spend a sunday in home) walking arround the city, or swiming and eating in the seaside? Bottega Venetta. Because in Veneta's head designer words, he didn't want to dress red carpets walkers, he wanted to dress real life walkers. And he did it. All the outfits were so simple, so easy to wear and so comfy. Smart shapes, solid colors and perfect textures. Big bags and flat sandals, wet hair and glowing faces. Everything at the show make you wanna dress with Bottega everyday.

Brioni was young and mature at the same time. Classic shapes with bright colors, young shapes with clasic colors. Long lace dresses and red bright suits were high points of the collection. My personal favourite, the red and brown couple, I'm going to try that pallete very soon. It wasn't a "Oh Wow" collection, but it was chic, elegant and wearable. Three very important things.

Last review. London wasn't as excited as past season. I felt it quite short too, or it's just my idea?
Let's start with the good. yeah, Burberry deserve two corkboard.

Ok, the new reinvention of the trench coat. Christopher is right, There's so much story at Burberry that you can't get tired of design the trench over and over and over again. This tiem with patent leather aplications, spikes, leather and colorfull belts, brilliant. Talking about, patent leather was one of my favourites things, it gives a elegant touch to every accesorie, althought I always see patent as a winter fabric. I had a thing with this silver pants,I like them, but I think that they're not very appropriate for summer. do you like them?. Men's clothes, When I see Burberry men's clothes I wanna be a man so badly just to wear them, althought, knowing me, I'm sure that I would wear them, I don't care the sex of the clothes. My favourite item was that skirt, Is just perfect, from the color to the shape, it can look elegant, or audacious. The spikes in the shoulder, how cool and insane is that? Brilliant, so rude!. The little dresses were sweet, and they remind us this common coaction between soft and tough that works every time. And the short jackets, Holly Molly, perfect! In great colors and bad ass as the trenchs.

And the Bad things, cha cha chan!

One thing, I think is too much leather for summer or not? . And that brings one thing that I thought meanwhile I was watching the show Live from London through the amazing internet, or as I call it, internex. How different was from other trends that we saw during NYFW and LFW. Burberry can easily work for the winter. Maybe I'm just saying this because in my country if you wear leather pants in summer you're crazy, but I had the sensation that it was too warm. Except for the short dresses and the color palette, it was a little bit to warm.
Also some printed dresses, a little bit sloppy and common. Also this simetric dresses, with fluor colors. With such a strong collection, this items cut the armony of it. They look boring and very amateur, like a bad designer student project, bad election.
Something that I always love at Burberry is the shoes, because Christopher always creates lots of options and amazing options, this time was quite boring, they look very similar , and as we can realized after the horrible fall of Nina Porter (who was walking horrible bad, so I knew that in any point she would visit the floor for a while, and that was freaking me out) and after see Shu pe quin taking her shoes off and receive applauses from the audience (such a cool actitud, love what she did, I don't think that it's unprofessional at all) I can realize that the shoes are uncomfortable, anyway I'm not going to have the chance to try them on, so whatever :)

Big and good collection anyway. Dispite all the bad things, I FREAKING LOVE IT! And as I always say, Christopher Bailey, you saved the brand.

LFW Spring 2011 RTW

London fashion week started and I'm so not excited. It has been a little bit bored, hate me but there's a lot of new designers (or second collections) and they still look weak and sometimes, like a Project Runway contestant. But we have some days to come, so probably is going to spice it up right?

Still, I have some favourites, of course.

I liked it, because it has a lot of cool, wearable stuff. The copper belt for example, I live in a country where copper is like oil, so we like it. And the copper color mixed very good with the color, like army green, white and black. In the other side, textures were an important part too, used in the top and the bottom gave a good volume, althougt they remind me this and this LV pieces. The stripes killed me, they look so amazing! nothing new, but still, they look very good. The prints were one of my favourites too, like watercolors, they look soft, with abstract forms and fresh effect.

I like the nerd sexy vibe of the collection. As in NYFW, we saw a lot of see through pieces with lovely effects. Pastel colors with spots of black and silver walked in the runway making the clothes look even more sweet. Ruffles were my favourite item, Big ruffles. They look girly, elegant and classic. It was a simple collection, but it worked very well.

Julián Macdonald is the sexiest designer in london. That’s a fact. Just look at their designs. Babydoll dresses, lingerie inspired, with light fabrics, and sexy shapes. Lots of legs and cleavage. Even the hairstyle and the makeup were sexy. The only bad thing was that some of his designs this season remind me what he did for fall, still, it was brilliant.

The print of these dresses, jackets and shorts, OMG the prints! Correct me if I'm wrong but Were they fancy dining rooms, lamps and living rooms? They look very over the top, with strident colors and flowers. Very well structured pieces, that, I think, can work quite well in real life. One thing that bothered me were these skirts. they look like lamps, and I think that is not a good thing.

What do you think?

Ef you silly day

Somedays, like today, I woke up like a zombie, not because I slept bad or something, I just like sleep. So I fighted with my bed, and I won all the time, but I finished in a very bad condition. So this kind of days I'm usually late for Uni, late for bathroom, late for breakfast, you get the idea. So I really don't think in what I'm going to wear. I just choosed the common, and let's recognise, my own basic, my favourite (my secret favourite) a T-shirt, a pair of chuck Taylors, jeans, and depending of the weather, a coat or a jacket (this time, because of the cold, a coat).
So, the outfit is quite unamazing(?), but for a cooler effect I took the pictures in black and white...oh dear black and white, always saving us. And in a new location, that's one of my wardrobe doors(open of course).

After a extremely exhausting day, of put clothes on and take clothes of , running in the mud in high heels from one place to another, and after an amazing day with one of my best friend as a model (alejandra, you saw her before here), here's the shoot that I promised, finished.
I'm very proud to say that I'm behind of the Make up, hairstyling and Style. That happens when you're tooooootally freelance...and I love it!

I'm very excited. Tomorrow I'm having a shoot. As we're having this cold winter here, I decided to do a winter shoot. Right now I'm packing all the clothes, the shoes, the makeup, and of course the camera, tripod, etc.
I'm in charge of everything, I'm the stylist, make up artist, and of course photographer. And I love it-
I'm going to share some inspiration pictures, beside my VOGUE magazines and The Sartorialist book.

Winter Vacations

It's my happines! For two things, I'm on winter vacations, and I aprove every single fucking class (sorry for the bad word, but I use a lot of them, and I try to be very authentic here :) ) . I aprove everything!!! I'm so happy ^^

So as I'm happy, I'm posting Freja :) and lots of happy faces at the end of every sentence :)
And as I aprove everything, I deserve 3 weeks of vacation, and as I'm on vacation, I'm going to do all the artistic stuff that I can't do during univesity time, because I have to study ( to aprove everything, see? Is like a cicle). I'm going to do lots of photografy, do some DIY projects, watch lots of movies, watch 30 rock all the time, listen a looot of music, read a lot, draw ( I started already, do you wanna see it? see below all this boring text) and write, I wanna finish at least a couple of tales during this time (yep, I write, tales. I start them and I never finish them, I'm such a mess writing. Someday I'll like to release a book with tales, not kids tales, adult tales). So I have a lot to do :)

5 addictions.

My first obsesion, and the one that is going to need rehab. TUMBLR! Really, it can look boring on the outside, but in the inside is so awesome, is like Narnia (I stole that sentence from tumblr, I don't know anything about NArnia). It's fast, with no rules, and it's so funny, I laughed so much during all this month.

ICarly. I know. But is actually very funy. Carly has cool insane friends, an awesome brother, and a popular internet show. I was thinking " What if I do something similar to ICarly, but with fashion?!!" it would be very difficult, but hey! If you wanna do it, I let you steal my idea :)

I'm addicted to The Mighty Boosh a long time ago, but they are showing it again on TV, everyday, so I'm re-re-re-re watching it again and again and again. It has absolutly NO SENSE. I love that. Who needs reality when I live it everyday. (8) I'm electro boy, I'm electro girl(8)

Wedges( or platform, I don't know). Love. Is not that I have or I'm buying a lot of wedges, But I'm going to. I found the perfect shoe for me. Is high, but comfy, and they look cute and badass at the same time.

Some weeks ago my cable company added a new channel, where they show Nigella’s and Jamies’s show’s. I’m so addicted. First with Jamie and his amazing shows, Jamie's Kitchen, Jamie's Great Italian Escape (lovely) and Jamie at Home. They’re old shows, but I don’t care, I don’t miss them. Because he’s so sweet, in every sense, because all the food it’s so healthy, , because I love how he use the word “lovely” all the time, because I love how sweet he’s with his wife and kids, and because he’s british, and British people ROCKS!
And then Nigella, who’s hot as the kitchen where she cooks. Always lovely, always making something fun and yummy, and the idea of see her cooking in the kitchen of her house makes everything more realistic and comfortable.
One thing that this two chef have in common is the fact that they make cooking look so unbelievable easy, I really see myself in the kitchen cooking all that. Someday, someday.

Today was one of those days that I didn't know what to wear, and I really didn't care, because I was tired of study physic, and tired of study, in general. So I run to my waredrobe, almost choosing my clothes with my eyes closed "Let's see what I take" I thought.

I took my grey coat, and I liked it, then I took my blue jeans, and I liked it.

And suddenly, in an almost ilumination from the sky, I thought in Chloe, in Chloe and the well thought denim on denim looks. So I took my denim shirt.

Ok, it's not SUPER Chloe, but if you use your imagination....like...a lot!, you can totally see it right?

Reeeeplay: Eclipse OST

Another Movie, another soundtrack, life is good.
I'm sure that you all know about Eclipse, of course. Well, I was excited for the movie, but I was more excited about the soundtrack, the fisrt one was so good, the second one was insanely good, and the third one...well, orgasmic. (god, what should I wait for the next ones).
Guys, you know what? I think that the people in charge of the creation of this soundtrack gets in my head or something, because how they put all my favourite musician in one disc (mmm..because they are amazing, Da!) Ok, yeah, that's the right reason, but it's weird right? xD
I've read some comments about this disc, and I would like to give my opinion about this subject. A lot of people, specially the ones who things that Music is a privilege and not a human right, said things like "how they dare to put these musicians and that horrible movie" or " I can't believe that girls who listen at jonas brothers are listening to Beck" or even worst " How this Twihards dare to listen to our favourite bands". God! Really? are you really wondering that?, well, here's my respond.
First, they can be indie bands (that's why we love them), but they still are interested in money and in become a little bit more popular, but not in a bad way, of course they need the money, and of course they want to be known all over the world, that's why they're musicians , to spread their words. Second, some of them just borrowed their voices. And third, I'm happy, very happy that this girls who listen "popular music" wich is (not all the time) comercial music, that means, it doesn't came from someone hearts, it just something who sells very well (I'm not trying to say that they suck, but it's not the same) these girls are listening (and I hate use this term ) "good music" (all music is good, it just depends on who is listening it, no one can tell you what is good or not), and these girls are learning that is something beyond MTV, that are people who feels.
Did you get my point?
Did I get to sentimental? sorry if I did :)
Is just that people can misjudge this musicicans because of the movie, and they can misjudge people who likes the movie too.
Stop with the polemic, let's talk about the disc.

I think the soundtracks of the three movies reflect the emotion of the books better than the movie itself. The twilight OST was very cool, and exciting, but romantic and sexy also. The new moon OST was quite, sad in some points and mature I will say. And now Eclipse OST is stronger, very powerfull, mature too, and funny in some points. As the books.

A lot of surprises, perfect lyrics for the movie, the right voices, lot of woman voices (yey!). Iwould talk about each song, but that would take me too much. I'll name just a few.

Florence and the Machine, score!!

MUSE as the "official theme", well deserve.

The dead weather...so unexpected.

Cee.lo, such a opposite of The dead weather, unexpected too.

And finally, in my opinion, the best of the soundtrack. Bet for lashes and Beck, together, in, one, song, Oh, my, freaking, god. Perfection!!

So, Breaking Dawn is going to be released in two movies, Great! two soundtracs instead of one!

Why are people so turned off by Kristen Stewart?!?!?! I don’t get it. I think she’s the best thing about the entire Twilight franchise. Absolutely. She’s delicious to look at. She’s a talented actress. (I don’t care what anyone else has to say about her acting because I think she behaves EXACTLY the way me and all my pals did around that age of the character she is playing so THERE!) AND she’s articulate. And she’s a little shy. And clearly very thoughtful. What’s not to love? I hate it when she gets trashed. It hurts my teenage self. And it annoys me that everyone laughs at her sullen portrayal of Bella. What the hell do they want from her? For her to ponce around like a so called normal teenager and smile a little more, no doubt. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…. ….. Shirley Manson.

When I read this thing that Shirley Manson (one of my heroes) said, I thought " YOU GO GIRL!, thank you, you stold the words from my mouth, thanks for say it".
Meanwhile all this young actresses (and singers too) are saying what their publicist is wispering on their ears, Kristen saids what she feels, she doesn't lie to us, and the most important, to herself.
Kristen is the best.
I love Kristen. And I love Shirley of course.

Thanks to Eclipse, and The Runaways( you HAVE to see that movie, is beyond amazing and bad ass), kris has been in the spotlight for this past months without rest. YEY!
And thanks to my dear friend Camila (who went to Miami, meanwhile I was here under the rain, freezeng my ass) now I have this ELLE magazine where Kris appeared.

One of the things that I love about kris, is the fact that she's so hot, but it's like she dosen't realize that, and that's make her hotter.
And the concept of the shoot is quite interesting, ironic too.

Oh! and I'm sorry for the lack of post, but you know already, university.

Winter hit us in our face. From one day to another the sun disapered, and rain hadn't stoped since this sunday.
So now my uniform is a huge coat, a umbrela and boots.
But before all the rain, I wore this, I think this past friday.
Sunglasses! I don't need them anymore :) no sun here.
And no more flats like this ones.

I NEED this shoes

Miu Miu. Yey!!!!
So, the Miu Miu shoes. Aren't you sick of them? Yeah me too. But hey! I need them anyway. Maybe I'm sick of them (that happens always when you see something TOO much) But they're still the sweetest, funny and ironic piece of shoe. Miuccia, always Miuccia of course.

And a thing must be said about this babies. They're so weareable. Hey! Don't call me crazy, just think about this. You can wear them with a white little dress, or mix them with even more prints and it works! Brilliant!
I'll wear all of them, but I choosed my very favourites.
And for make this cooler, and not so predictable, I used the amazing Janelle Burger ilustrations, she's so talented and sweet. And we share this addiction, and the sickness to this addiction too.

Clogs! My favourites clogs, with the Chanel ones too. Chanel and Miu Miu were the only houses who created cool and decent clogs. Of course, then another brands copied them very well.
The Mary Janes just kill me. Can you believe that they were available in Net-a-Porter...like for an hour! I think people had virtual fights for them xD I choose the kitty ones.
Hell yeah! I really don't know how to describe them. Crazy? Perfect?
I think this ones are my favourites, I don't know why. Considering that I really don't like pink, I peacked them as my favourites, see how powerfull are this shoes. They change my mind, almost brain wash.

Rain is here, and I find the perfect wedges ( It took me a lot of time, really) They're comfy and my legs look looooong, very long.
I'm going to be away from blog this week, because of the university, busy week, lot of study, you know.

Paco Rabbane was the first designer that made me thought " Ok, who in the fucking world would wear that?" not because it was ugly, god no!, because of the material of the clothes, a dress made in metal or plastic, anyone?. Brilliant.Unique.
He broke schemes, introduced music and black models in runway shows, he shaked the fashion world in the 60's, and no one can or could match him, not even Mcqueen or Viktor and Rolf.

When I saw this shoot I felt like I had 11 again, when I met Paco's work. The same love, the same excitment. And choosed Eniko for this shoot was perfect, she has that "thing" of the models in the 60's.

Since this past winter I wanted a Leather jacket. I found some very cute, and cheap ones, but they weren’t made in leather, and my mom don’t let me buy things that are not made on leather ( I live with my mom ok? She has the power , even in my clothes, because she pays it, whitout work, I had no clothes freedom) And the leather jackets are so freaking expensive. So one day my mom says “ But you had a leather jacket” ( after a I WANT A FAKE LEATHER JACKET! Episode) and yes, I had one “ BUT IS NOT BLACK!” and my mom said “ I don’t care, wear it! You are going to like it, at least try it” .
I tried it, and I loved it. It has a color that I’m loving lately, this wine color ( Am I right?) .
Is warm and it has big pads.

Outfit: Vintage leather jacket, Ruben Campos botts, Alaniz Blouse, Alaniz pants, Vinatge scarf.
I still want a leather jacket though, and I'll find it.

Yann Tiersen

This past thursday I had the bless and the luck of listen, see and feel the Yann Tiersen concert, here, in Chile, in my city. I'd never even dreamed with that, it sounds so imposible, but from one day to another he was here!!
It was amazing, amazing is not enough. The music was unique, he's a genious, and me and my friend Sandra were so freaking happy.

Of course the pictures aren't so good, because of the lights, the movement of the musicians and the fact that I hate flash. But I did some magic with photoshop and here they're.

After the concert we saw some guys in front of a window, they said that Yann and his band was there, and they were, after some time (and after listen one of the guys play the songs of Amelie in his flaute) He appeared and people went crazy!
They were taking pictures of us too! Such cool experience.Yann, you and your amazing band can come to Chile any time that you want.
BTW, Yann Tiersen is the guy behind the Amelie soundtrack.

Reeeeplay: Fleet Foxes

That relaxing and earthy music that you have been listening in my blog during this month belongs to Fleet Foxes, my new inspiration.
Fleet Foxes is the kind of band that you wanna hear far away from the city. Lost in the forest, lying in the beach, sitting next to the lake or at least you can close your eyes, put the music very loud and dream that you’re there.
When a band came from Seatle is a good sign, when a band says that they're influenced by the music that their parents like, its a better sign. Wich bands? Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, The Zombies (yeah!), and all the good music from the 60's that I thought had been disappeared, WRONG! Is here, in the sounds of Fleet Foxes.
An adventured collection of songs, with an amazing and unexpected vocal harmonies(like the ones that you can listen in church, but this ones sounds like a natural church, a forest religion). believe it or not sometimes is difficult to me talk about music, I can't explain all the emotions that I feel when I listen a band for the first time, or when I listen that band everytime, but with the fleet foxes is easy. I was drowning in my rutine, duty and city, till I listen them and they opened a window, from where I can scape or just feel the calm of what is behind of it.
Hope you enjoy the Fleet Foxes has I did.
